Christmas Cookie Making!

I have been trying to celebrate the season in every way possible.  Lots of Christmas specials on TV (loser), nightly hot cocoa with Nate, and Friday I had some friends over for a pajama Christmas party!  Yesterday my Mom and Aunt Kate came up from Iowa for some holiday cookie baking!


I am hosting a neighborhood cookie exchange in a week or so and couldn't have done it without them!  They came with most of the supplies so my job was easy - assist, stay out of the way, and taste test!



They are the experts!



We decorated the cookies,




and made sure to sample many!  My friend Jess came over to help and hang out as well!


Later in the day we played games, sat by the fire and ate pizza.  Perfect Christmas day!




Cocoa and the little girls loved the day as well.
